Ocean lifestyle from La JollaSalt & Reverie.
My own surf company, rooted in La Jolla. Every piece of it, built by me.

Ocean people are loyal, but they're also drowning in generic surf merch. I didn't want to make another logo on a T-shirt. I wanted to make beautiful and useful things for ocean loving people.
What I noticed
Surfers don't just need one thing. They need a cover for the board, a way to carry it, something for their skin after hours in the salt, and a towel that actually works. One brand trying to be all of that would get blurry fast.
The call I made
So I built a family of brands instead of one. Each name does one job and speaks to its own crowd, while Salt & Reverie holds them together with a shared home in the La Jolla coastal community.
What I built
Surf Sherpa for surfboard covers, carriers and hats. Hot Girls Surf Club apparel. A Salt & Reverie skincare line. Plus authentic Kikoy towels and Meelbroeke cargo pants, imported straight from South Africa. I did the naming, product design and development, copywriting, sourcing, and a Shopify store with full eCommerce. Sole operator. Full stack.
The words
For those who dream in ocean.
Our side bites combine traditional high performance longboard side bite design with the looks of a supermodel. Add speed, control, and stability to any 2+1 setup and be the person out there with the most gorgeous side bites ever.
What happened
30 SKUs across 7 product categories, and a 4.8 star rating on Etsy.
The lesson
If your customer needs five different things, give each one a name it can own.
